Last but not least, it's important to know that there's more to comic books than just reading about characters saving the day; superheroes and comic protagonists often face complex dilemmas and situations that take more than just muscle to overcome.

Whether it's about making sacrifices, saving the ones closest to them, or simply balancing their hidden identities, you'll often see how these themes become something much more when paired with commentary on crime in the city, leaders in power, good versus evil, and more. If anything, comic books can be incredibly thought-provoking and leave you thinking about these topics long after you're finished reading.
