Not all comic book characters are created for fighting epic battles or saving the world. Some heroes and villains are just downright weak as far as strength, skills, or powers are concerned. With that in mind, here are 5 comic book contenders that aren’t all that tough.

1. Kite Man

Kite Man is a low-level Batman villain whose villainy involves kite-themed gadgets. All manner of kites fail him and cause him to crash rather than escape. Kite Man is a consistent punchline, but his eternal optimism and determined attitude have made him a cult character.

2. Soft Serve

Soft Serve is a mutant who has the ability to make ice cream from her body. The ability itself is not exactly useful, as it does not have any apparent use in battle. With that being her only power, Soft Serve is harmless, but also useless as a hero.

3. Bizarro Flash

Bizarro Flash is an imperfect clone of the real Flash. He is the opposite of everything that Barry Allen is. Instead of being super fast, he typically runs extremely slow or in the wrong direction. His powers are erratic at best and make him more of a chaotic menace than a true speedster.

4. Black Widow

Black Widow is at a disadvantage relative to heroes like Thor, Hulk, or Scarlet Witch because she is simply a normal human being with no superhuman powers.

She is limited to training, gadgets, and stealth, and in a conventional fight with a major villain like Thanos, she would have no chance of success. She is a smart and resourceful character, but being a normal human being without powers, she is also one of the weakest Avengers.

5. Color Kid

Color Kid can change the color of anything he touches or looks at. Creative, but not exactly helpful when you're fighting supervillains. While he desperately wants to be a hero, his powers are purely cosmetic, making him ineffective and weak against real threats.
